Before we start, let’s make a few things clear.

Who we are a fit for, whether to build or optimize first, how long results take, what it costs, what we can promise, and what the first conversation covers.

Which businesses are we a fit for?

Small and midsize businesses that serve local customers in the US, such as the home repair, dental, accounting, and real estate categories our index tracks. Chinese-speaking businesses come first. You have a Google Business Profile or are willing to let us set one up, and you can share real projects, photos, and reviews. Budget-wise, websites start at $1,800 one-time and monthly optimization at $599, with an itemized quote before you sign.

Two situations we make clear up front, so we can decide together:

  • Your website was not built by Freevine: we inspect it first. WordPress is usually workable, while Wix and Squarespace allow fewer changes. If the current platform cannot support the work we agree on, we say so before quoting and do not take on work we cannot complete properly.
  • Industries the 90-Day Operations Guarantee does not cover: we assess and tell you before you sign. You can still work with us; the guarantee just does not apply.
Should I build a website first, or start with AI search optimization?

No website, or an old site that no longer explains the business clearly? Build first. If the site already turns visitors into inquiries, start monthly search optimization. If only the machine-readable structure is missing, a one-time retrofit may be enough. The first conversation tells you which step comes first.

How soon can the site launch, and how soon should search work produce results?

The Standard Site typically goes live in 2 weeks. For businesses qualifying for the 90-Day Operations Guarantee, we judge performance on verified growth: existing sites commit to 30%+ increase in qualified inquiries over the prior 90-day baseline; new businesses set calibrated baseline targets by industry economics to prevent distorted percentages from zero bases.

Qualified inquiries include real intent calls (quick booking calls and returned calls count), forms, messages, or direction requests. 30% growth in qualified inquiries or meeting agreed industry baseline within 90 days; if missed, the monthly retainer is paused with up to 90 days of free operations until reached. What does it cost?

Websites are one-time projects with three fixed prices: the Standard Site is $1,800 and goes live in 2 weeks, the Growth Site is $3,699, and the Flagship Site is $8,999. AI Search Optimization is monthly, in three tiers by workload: Basic $599, Standard $1,099, City Exclusive $2,999. No tier lock-in; moving up or down takes 30 days’ notice.

Can you guarantee page one on Google or the first recommendation from AI?

No one can guarantee a specific position because Google and each AI platform make the final decision. But reaching page one on Google and becoming the first recommendation in an AI answer are explicit goals of the work.

Every month we keep improving the site content, service-and-city coverage, Business Profile, reputation signals, and decisions based on real visit data. Longer partnerships create more complete evidence and a better chance of reaching those positions. The 90-day guarantee is still measured by qualified leads, not rank.

Why the focus on Chinese-speaking businesses?

Because that’s where the gap is widest and where our first-hand evidence comes from. Chinese-language information about local services in the US is thin: search the same business in English and you find plenty; in Chinese, often nothing. Chinese search and Chinese AI answers need content they can cite, and we build it.
