Google Business ProfileOptimization Services
No profile yet, or listings that disagree from one site to the next? For a one-time $500 we set up and claim your profile, lock in one name, address, and phone, and get you listed on Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and Chinese directories.
Setup covers four things.
Set up or claim
We create a new Google Business Profile, or take over one that exists but isn’t under your control, and get it verified with Google.
One name, address, and phone
Your name, address, phone, and hours, defined once and matched on your Google profile and your website.
First listings on four more platforms
Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and the Chinese directories your customers use, each with the same details.
Clean-up costs the same
Already have a profile? Categories, services, hours, and photos corrected to match reality, for the same price.
Listings have to agreebefore rankings can move.
One name, address, and phone, written the same way on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and Chinese directories.
Google’s own help page on local ranking says results on Maps and in local search are ranked by relevance, distance, and prominence. Complete, accurate details, reviews and replies, and photos all count, and you can’t pay for a better position. A thin profile, or listings that contradict each other, is the first thing that holds a business back.
A 2025 University of Toronto study found that 82–92% of the sources AI engines cite are third-party sites, not the business’s own. Whether Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and industry directories list you, and list you correctly, has a direct effect on whether AI answers mention you at all.

Frequently asked questions
A profile already exists, but I never claimed it. What now?
Claiming costs the same as a new setup. We move the profile under your Google account, then fix the categories, services, hours, and photos so they match reality.
Will setup put me in the Maps top three?
We can’t promise that. Google ranks by relevance, distance, and prominence. What we’re responsible for is a complete, accurate profile that matches everywhere, plus the monthly upkeep after that, with results reported every month.
What do you need from me?
What Google needs to verify you: your exact business name, address, phone, and hours, plus storefront and interior photos. We send you the full list before we start.
I’m not in Dallas. Can you still do this?
Yes. Setup and the first listings are all done online, wherever you are. We pick the Chinese directories that matter for your city.
